Everyday life March-April

We have had a lot of fun snowboarding this season! We have had awesome snow and Beckham has been a trooper. He loves being outside and he loves cool mountain air- just like his daddy. We usually switch off with Beckham so one of us goes boarding and one of us stays in the lodge with Beckham. A few times we have stayed up in grandma & grandpa  sessions cabin so that has been a lot of fun!!! We can't wait for next ski season! I am going to have my dad teach me to ski so I can take Beckham when he's 2!!!

Other fun adventures has been the Zoo and Wyatt has enjoyed riding his mini skateboard. 

NYC

So for spring break and Wyatt's birthday this year we went and visited Archie, Pepper, and Ren in New York. We had an amazing time hanging out with them, eating delicious food, and doing some site seeing. We traveled by plane, foot, car, tram, train, and subway! By the end we could use the subway and not look like complete idiots!

We went on the Brooklyn Bridge, 9-11 Memorial, Times Square, China Town, LDS temple, Central Park, we ate Gramaldis Pizza, Shake Shack, Chinese food, Vietnamese sandwhiches, fat witch brownies and lots more! 

Ren and Beck loved playing with each other, bathing together, and even coordinated their naps together.

We had a wonderful trip. Archie, Pepper, and Ren are fabulous hosts!!! 

Everyday Life Jan-March

Here are some random pictures of everyday life.

During this time Beckham learned:
-to crawl
-gained a love for solid foods especially black beans, carrots, graham crackers, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, pouches, and anything else we would give him
-started bathing in the big bath tub
-got 2 new teeth (4 in total)
-to escape his bobby chair
-plays with trains
-loves to swim

We have been busy:
-grocery shopping
-laundry
-nuggets games
-helping hands service projects
-snowbaording
-making Beck's room into a play room
-doctor appointments
-brushing our teeth
-getting up at night (Wyatt got up once in the middle of the night and was still half asleep and smacked his head on the wall and got a lovely cut on his forehead!)
-taking selfies
-hanging with Nonnie

Trip to CA

Beckham and I were lucky to be able to go to CA to visit Steph and her family and for my cousin Kate's baby shower! We had a wonderful trip. Beckham learned a lot of new tricks from his cousins such as
1. pulling himself up (he would grab the side of the train table and pull himself up then go crashing down so the cousins ran over and put several pillows around him so that he would fall on the pillows-so sweet)
2. his love of graham crackers (thanks to Aunt Stephie)
3. eating sand
4. well actually eating anything and everything
Beckham really started eating a lot of solid foods this trip. Stephanie and I were laughing so hard because every picture she took of Beckham he had food in his mouth. He loves loves loves to eat!

We loved playing with the cousins! I had a blast playing games and soccer with Zaney! He sure is a gamer and loves to win, a few games I was trying my hardest to beat him then I had to remember he is only 5! hahaha Zane made Beckham laugh harder than I have ever seen Beckham laugh! Beckham sure loves his Zane.

I learned the words to the Frozen song "Let it go" from Keke and Kami. They know all the words and would sing and dance. It was adorable. Kami girl was nice enough to share her room with Beckham and I. After a few days, it hit Kami that Beckham and I were not going to leave so she tried to kick us out of her room,  by "keeping guard" and saying "no room, no room!" hahaha

And since we were at the Scotts house we went on a very fun adventure! We stayed in a hotel out side of SF and enjoyed the hot tub, the planetarium, the beach, pizza and more! It is always a fun time at the Scotts house.

That Sunday Kate had her baby shower. It was super fun to meet up with Grammy, Sue, Kristin and Kate and celebrate her baby!! It was an adorable shower with delicious food!! We cannot wait for baby Loranger to get here!!!!!!

Overall it was an amazing trip.

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentines Day! We celebrated a couple days.... on Thursday we we celebrated by delivering chocolate covered strawberries to Wyatt's dental class and a mini photo shoot. Then on Friday we went up snowboarding with the most amazing snow ever! We finished the night we delicious cupcakes! I loved celebrating v-day with the two boys I love most!

7 Months Old

This little gentleman is 7 months old! I cannot believe how fast time is going. Its funny because Wyatt will say to me "Can you believe we have a baby?"... uh has it not sunk in yet honey???

Beckham is the happiest baby around. He loves being around people and will always greet you with a big smile and then he will quickly twist and shove his fist in his mouth. His favorite toy is his own fist which he can fit into his mouth. He is chewing on anything and everything! He now has been army crawling for a month or so and is getting better at getting on his knees. He will go on his knees and rock and rock and rock. Beckham loves to eat and will eat everything.

He loves to watch sign time in the morning. One morning I walked in the living room and Wyatt had Beckham propped up on his beach ball pillow with the blanket.. someone is a little spoiled ;)

He loves the water and will splash like crazy (thanks a lot wyatt for teaching him to splash). Every bath time Beckham sticks the rubber ducky in his mouth and it stays in his mouth the entire time. 

He is starting to pull himself up with the help of the couch.

He is a pro at the pouch (thanks to Nonnie) and will suck one of those babies down in no time. 

He takes 2 naps a day and can play on his own for most of the day. He is easily entertained and is very ticklish especially under the arm pits and his shoulders/neck. 

Beckham loves the cold and loves being outside!

He truly is our light and joy and we are so grateful to be his parents!!

Teething

Our little guy is teething! It is so sad to seem him in so much pain! Beckham got his first two teeth (bottoms) at 6 months and he is now working on getting the top ones! His gums are all red and inflamed. Poor guy! He loves chewing on the frozen teethers to get relief!
